Precision zinc and aluminum die casting, CNC machining and assembly under one roof

Jinxiong Motor Components Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specialising in precision zinc and aluminum die casting and finished-assembly production. Its manufacturing roots reach back to the Jinxiong motorcycle carburetor works founded in 1998. A carburetor has to be pressure-tight, hold a precise bore pattern and pass a functional test as a finished assembly — demands that took the company out of the as-cast-only model from its earliest days and onto a precision, full-process route.

Production is headquartered in Fuding, Fujian province, across the Jinxiong and Jinming plants — 22,000 m² between them. Ten die-casting machines from 160 to 800 tonnes run zinc and aluminum castings from 20 g to 5.5 kg, backed by 30+ machining centres, 30+ CNC lathes and 50+ drilling and tapping units — 360+ machines in all once processing and ancillary equipment is counted. Annual capacity runs to three million zinc and aluminum castings and finished assemblies. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.

Our parts go into motorcycles and electric two-wheelers, general-purpose power and garden machinery, heat-dissipating structural housings, pump and valve fluid components, and consumer hardware. In China we have supplied QJMOTOR, Loncin and Jialing — leading OEMs in the sector — over many years, and have repeatedly been named an excellent supplier. Export business runs under the JINXIONG brand, serving customers in more than twenty countries.
