What we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it

01Information we collect

We only collect what you submit: the name, email, phone and company in an enquiry form; the part parameters you enter in the cost estimator (alloy, weight, quantity); any drawing you upload; and the account details you provide when registering for the client portal. We never buy or trade contact data.

02How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, run a DFM review and show your order status in the client portal. Drawings and technical files are seen only by the project team, and we will sign an NDA on request. Your drawings are never used for another customer's project.

03Cookies

Essential cookies remember your language and keep you signed in; the site cannot work without them. Analytics cookies tell us which pages get read — choose “Essential only” to decline those.

04Storage and retention

Site data is held on our own servers. Enquiries and quotations are kept for three years so we can support repeat orders; you can ask us to delete them at any time. Drawing files are archived or deleted at the end of a project according to your instructions.

05Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data and drawings we hold. Email alex@jinxiong-mfg.com and we will action it within five working days.
